1 downld phonto from playstore
2.ope n phonto
3.click on use plain image 
4.select any from black and white
5.write text you want (or search Google short quotes for some ideas)
6.go to style and select color of text 
7.go to share option and then picsart (to make it more attractive)
8.go to draw option
9.go to shape's select any shape u want (I selected circle)
10.reduce opacity
11.add shape's according to u ( add 2-3 shape to make it more attractive)
12 click OK 
13 crop photo
14 save photo as png 
15 done ; )
